1. DIGITAL PRODUCT

• Use the Ebook Content as training or reference material for another commercial product.

• Extract substantial portions of the content for publication elsewhere.

• Remove copyright notices, branding, ownership notices, or other identifying information.

• Circumvent any technical, access-control, download-control, or security measures applied to the Ebook Content.

3. ONE-PURCHASER / SINGLE-USER ACCESS

Each purchase is intended for one individual purchaser only.

The purchase licence may not be transferred, gifted, assigned, resold, shared, or otherwise made available to another person.

If access is provided through a customer account, the account credentials are strictly personal to the purchaser.

You must not:

• Share your Systeme.io account credentials.

• Allow another person to access your purchased content through your account.

• Purchase the ebook on behalf of a group and distribute access to group members.

• Use one purchase to provide access to multiple individuals.

If we reasonably determine that an account or purchase is being used for unauthorised multi-user access or distribution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access.

4. STRICT COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

• Trade names

• Marketing materials

• Downloadable files

• Other original creative elements contained within the product

Purchasing the ebook does not transfer copyright, ownership, publication rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, commercial rights, or licensing rights to the purchaser.

5. PUBLIC-DOMAIN / SCRIPTURAL MATERIAL

The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient text, and the underlying Sanskrit verses are not claimed as newly created proprietary material by Exitlane™.

However, the particular compilation, selection, sequencing, explanations, career-focused interpretations, translations where original, presentation, design, artwork, and arrangement created or commissioned for this ebook may constitute protected intellectual property.

Accordingly, the existence of public-domain or traditional source material within the ebook does not grant the purchaser permission to reproduce or redistribute the ebook as a whole or reproduce its proprietary original components.

6. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION ON PIRACY & UNAUTHORISED DISTRIBUTION

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, sharing, uploading, distribution, resale, publication, transmission, or commercial exploitation of the Ebook Content is strictly prohibited.

This includes both the complete ebook and substantial portions or extracted sections of the Ebook Content.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

Where permitted by applicable law, if we identify evidence of unauthorised sharing, distribution, reproduction, resale, or other infringement, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including:

• Suspending or terminating access.

• Revoking the purchaser's licence.

• Blocking future purchases.

• Preserving relevant transaction and access records.

• Issuing copyright or intellectual-property infringement notices.

• Requesting removal of infringing material from platforms.

• Reporting infringement to relevant platforms, hosts, marketplaces, or service providers.

• Seeking injunctive relief.

• Seeking damages, compensation, costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.

• Initiating civil or other legal proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies available to the copyright owner under applicable law.

The Copyright Office confirms that India's copyright framework has been updated to address protection in the digital environment, including measures concerning technological protection measures and rights-management information.

8. DIGITAL WATERMARKING / IDENTIFICATION

Where technically feasible, we may use reasonable digital identification, watermarking, access-control, transaction records, customer-specific identifiers, or other anti-piracy mechanisms to help identify unauthorised distribution.

Such measures may be used to establish a connection between a distributed copy and the relevant transaction or purchaser, where technically and legally appropriate.

Attempting to remove, obscure, disable, or circumvent such measures is prohibited.

9. NO REFUND / ALL SALES FINAL
