The reports are intended solely for informational, educational, and personal guidance purposes.

Astrology is an interpretive practice and should not be considered an exact science or a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

2. Customer Responsibility

To prepare your personalized report, you must provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Time of Birth

• Place of Birth

• Relationship Status (where applicable)

• A valid and accessible email address for report delivery

Your personalized report will be prepared only after all the required information has been received.

Once all required information has been successfully received, your personalized report will normally be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours.

The usefulness, relevance, and accuracy of the report depend significantly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including your birth details and email address, is accurate.

Exitlane shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the report, interpretation differences, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or any consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the customer.

The service is personalized exclusively for the purchasing customer.

Once report preparation begins, the service cannot be reassigned, transferred, or resold.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of this digital service, every report is individually prepared specifically for the purchasing customer using the information submitted after purchase.

Work on your personalized report begins shortly after we receive your complete birth details.

Accordingly, all sales are generally considered final, and refunds, cancellations, exchanges, reversals, or partial refunds will generally not be provided once report preparation has commenced or the report has been delivered.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all submitted information, including their birth details and email address, before submitting them.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required under applicable law, those statutory rights will apply.

8. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery target is within 24 hours after receiving complete and accurate customer information.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to:

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays shall not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

9. Email Delivery

Exitlane shall not be responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, failed delivery, or inability to access the report resulting from:

• Spam or Junk filtering

• Customer-side email restrictions

• Internet connectivity issues

• Any technical issue outside Exitlane's reasonable control

Customers should check their Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, and all other folders before contacting support.

If an incorrect email address is provided by the customer, Exitlane shall not be responsible for recreating, reproducing, or resending the report until the correct email address has been provided.

10. Acceptance of Delivery

A report shall be deemed successfully delivered once it has been sent by Exitlane to the email address provided by the customer.

Exitlane's delivery obligation shall be considered fulfilled upon successful dispatch of the report.

Exitlane shall not be liable for delays, failures, or non-delivery caused by the customer's email provider, internet connectivity, mailbox restrictions, spam filters, security filters, incorrect email address, or any circumstances beyond Exitlane's reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All reports, written content, layouts, graphics, templates, branding, logos, designs, PDFs, audio recordings, videos, downloadable materials, digital products, bonuses, and all other content supplied by Exitlane remain the exclusive intellectual property of Exitlane.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Purchase grants the customer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

Customers may not:

• Upload

• Share

• Forward

• Distribute

• Sell

• License

• Rent

• Resell

• Create derivative works from

any Exitlane content without prior written permission.

12. Bonus Content

Any bonus content provided with a purchase, including but not limited to audio libraries, Vedic mantra collections, PDFs, guides, templates, checklists, videos, and digital resources, is included solely as a complimentary benefit.

All bonus materials remain the exclusive copyrighted intellectual property of Exitlane.

Bonus content is licensed exclusively for the personal use of the purchasing customer.

Customers may not copy, share, upload, forward, distribute, resell, gift, publish, record, reproduce, or make any bonus material available to any third party in any form.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Exitlane content may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action where applicable.

Exitlane reserves the right to modify, replace, update, or discontinue bonus content at any time without prior notice.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for:
